With more than 30 years of experience in the field of process ventilations we mean tradition in the way that we always deliver profitable and reliable solutions on time that keeps the workplace free from air pollutants as well as contributing to a better global environment. Our motto is to combine tradition with innovation. We will continue devolping and improve our products. It is part of our business idea.

Processfilter was founded in Helsingborg, Sweden, where we still have our head office. During the years we have completed the business with a Sales Office in Borås, Sweden, and a subsidiary in Weilerswist, Germany. We have also built up a unique cooperation with our suppliers and customers.This gives us the possibility to offer our clients not only the development of new products or improving existing solutios, but also actual testing possibilities "on-sight"

1996
The company receives the accreditation EN 45001 from SWEDAC concerning air analysis- manual gravimetric determination of concentration and mass flow of dust in gas channels.
1998
Processfilter Sweden AB in Borås is acquired.
1999
The product programme supplements with a Nordic agency for the French filter manufacturer Europe Environnement. During the same year, the office in Germany opens, HB Engineering Germany GmbH.
2001
The product programme supplements with Euromate. Expected annual turnover 2001 is 100 million SEK.
2002
Processfilter Sweden presents another new product for the soft disposable industry. The new FCF - Fan Cleaned Filter or RCF - Reversed Cleaned Filter.
2002/2003
HB Miljö & Teknik AB adopts the new name; Processfilter Sweden AB. The affiliated German company, HB Engineering Germany GmbH, remain with its old name.
2004
Processfilter upgrades its EN 45001 Accreditation to EN 17025.
During the summer this year President Carsten Hansen sells his 50% of the company shares to Processfilters Scandinavian manager, Niclas Blomquist. Niclas enters Carsten's earlier position as President in August. The ownership is now Jan Bjergard 50 % and Niclas Blomquist the remaining 50 % of the shares. Niclas Blomquist has a long experience of industrial air filtration. Since the start at ITK Luftteknik AB in 1985, a company with long traditions, he has had the position as sales manager of the Scandinavian market at Processfilter Sweden AB.
2005
Niclas Blomquist enters the position of CEO at the German affiliated company, HB Engineering Germany GmbH
2006
The service department increases with 2 new engineers. The department updates and invests radical in new technology - and measurement instrument.
The company increases the marketing activities towards foundries and steel agency which results in important impact at the end of the year.
2007
The company increases the contributions on the export markets focusing on the Asian market where several agents is being engaged.
Niclas Blomquist buys the remaining 50% of the company and becomes thereby single-handed owner.
Processfilter Borås AB changes the name to Processfilter Solutions AB.
2008
A new compact filter is being constructed and we have come to a decision to build prototypes during spring 2009.
Together with The Swedish Trade Council, the possibilities for establishing a business in Brazil are being surveyed. Our goal is to start our activity in Brazil 2010.

We are sponsoring The Swedish Society for Nature Conservation (SSNC), an environmental organization with power to bring about change.
2009
We delivered our first solutions to Australia. This gives us the right to call ourselves worldwide with customers representing 6 out of 7 continents.
Following several tests we are now launching our new compact filter, type TKF.
2010
We have completed our advanced calculation models with one of the markets most powerful CFD-tool (Computational Fluid Dynamics). CFD is a sophisticated computationally-based design and analysis technique. CFD software gives you the power to simulate flows of gases and liquids, heat and mass transfer, moving bodies, multiphase physics, chemical reaction, fluid-structure interaction and acoustics through computer modeling.
2011
Processfilter is now registered, under the name Processfilter Do Brasil Ltda, in Brazil with its office in São Paulo.
