Increased export of filters. TSF-filter to Zambia. Processfilter Sweden signs agreement with local producer in Brazil. Briquette machines to USA. FCF-filter to Malaysia.

TSF-filter to Zambia
Outotec (Sweden) AB has chosen Processfilter to supply a bag filter to Zambia. The end customer, a copper smelter, will with this facility return the filtered dust back into production, thus saving both money and the environment.

Processfilter Sweden signs agreement with local producer in Brazil
Processfilter do Brasil has started with sales of industrial filter systems for industrial companies in Brazil. The next step is to co-operate with a local producer who can build filter solutions at site in São Paulo. Interest in environmental technology is extremely strong in Brazil and the Swedish industry has strong ties with the country and usually calls São Paulo for the largest Swedish industrial city.

To get a more cost-effective solution Processfilter now has contacted a local machine shop who previously collaborated with Höganäs in Brazil on forging works. - We were very impressed by their production and look forward to a beneficial cooperation, says Niclas Blomquist, CEO. It is important for us to have as much production as possible in place and reduce the cost of shipping and duties, and at the same time we get better insight and understanding of the market.

Niclas recently participated in the Swedish delegation from the Swedish industry, which, along with Fredrik Reinfeldt visited both Brazil and Chile. - There is great interest for Swedish environmental technology, and it was fascinating to receive a better insight on both the political and economic situation, says Niclas Blomquist. Brazil is a big market and the demands on companies’emissions are strong. Several organizations and ministries of industry and environment explained the requirements and visions for the future in Brazil.

Briquette machines to USA
One of our customers in the hygiene industry in the U.S. is rebuilding their 6 plants. Processfilter will deliver eight briquette machines during 2011-2012 to a value of about SEK 5.8 millions.

FCF-filter to Malaysia
Processfilter is delivering another filter system for our customer in Malaysia. Fact: It takes only 4 x 40 foot High Cube containers to ship the entire filter plant.
